We are a hands-on strategic communication consulting firm
Ryto was born when the world was forced to change. Four months had passed since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. We were all led to think about what was most important to us. In that whirlwind of risks and uncertainties, there had never been so much talk about values and purpose.
We founded Ryto in July 2020 with the desire to build something new and different in communication, with operations at a global level and a focus on innovation, technology and business in a way that could challenge and inspire us. That would bring together expertise in Strategy, Public Affairs, Corporate Communication, Press Relations, Digital Media and Institutional & Governmental Relations, including all the elements that support the Reputation of a business and generate growth.
But something that could also bring together bright individuals in search of a balanced, healthy and exciting life, making up a cohesive, diverse, happy and enthusiastic team to attract, serve and retain disruptive, sensible and engaged clients. We need to feel that we are choosing someone that is also choosing us, you know? This has to be the natural movement of things. Authentic, bold and rewarding.
We needed a name. We were about to engage a branding partner when the word “ryto” came up in our founder’s dream. It translates well our creative collaborative spirit. Rites refer to customs and celebrations. The “y” instead of the “i” is our avant-garde movement focused on modernity and technology.
Life itself is an eternal ritual of transformation and evolution. Of rites that allow us to achieve our purpose and build identities. RYTO is movement, it is our way of reflecting on the new, with well-cemented references and ever-evolving ideas. Rituals make us seek value in everything we do, through our T.R.U.S.T. principles.
T.R.U.S.T. Principles
We are driven by the challenge of updating the traditional myths of the market society into the language of the new economy, making corporate and sectoral messages more accessible to different audiences.
We identify the internal and external potentials of each client in order to connect them with the changes around the world and build a network.
By defining performance indicators and objectives closely related to our clients’ strategy, we place them in the right way, at the right place, at the right time and for the right people, impacting all stakeholders.
We tell genuine, original, reliable, consistent business stories aligned with the challenges of today’s society.
We dive deeply into the models of our clients with a high level of involvement, working in an integrated way to create strategies that yield real results.

Ryto was born out of the founding partner’s desire to help others believe that their own revolutions are possible. “It is not enough to generate business. It has to be human and make sense,” she says. Journalist from PUC-RJ (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) with an MBA in Corporate Communication Management, Daniela was born in Rio, lived in Paris for seven years, and now lives in the city of São Paulo. Daniela has had a ten-year experience in the newsrooms of acclaimed Brazilian newsrooms and radio O Globo, GloboNews, Rádio França Internacional, CBN, and Band. In 2014, she migrated to corporate communication serving as coordinator at Sebrae-SP and business partner at Danthi Comunicações. She has led communication strategies for public and private companies, from startups and innovation projects to multinationals, including M&As, IPOs, restructuring processes and other operations in the capital market. Daniela likes to recharge her batteries in sport and art. For a final paper on Impressionist painters, she was a monitor at the Louvre — for just one day, but long enough to keep visiting museums since then.
Living between Brazil and Luxembourg, one of her goals is to learn everything she can from new cultures, places and people — in this endeavor, she has visited nearly 40 countries, lived in 4 different countries and has become a wine sommelier.
